These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Lapak44 ("Lapak44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://lapak44.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Lapak44 operates under international gaming licensing terms. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding. We do not warrant or represent that use of this Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Lapak44 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real funds held in a User's Account, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or match deposit bonuses credited to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real funds by a User into their Lapak44 Account via a supported payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity and address verification procedures required before withdrawals are processed.
• "Platform" means the Lapak44 online gaming website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://lapak44.cam.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator, the certified software mechanism used to determine the outcome of virtual casino games.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sports market, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance to the User's nominated payment method.

To be eligible to hold and use a Lapak44 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age;
2. You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
4. You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by Lapak44 for breach of these Terms;
5. You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement applicable to the Lapak44 Platform;
6. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
7. You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or impairment when placing wagers.

Lapak44 reserves the right to decline registration or close any Account at any time where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed. Failure to disclose relevant eligibility issues at the time of registration may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Lapak44 Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification;
• Date of birth confirming you are at least 21 years of age;
• Valid Malaysian or international email address;
• Valid contact number;
• Accurate residential address.

Lapak44 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit satisfactory identity documentation, which may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to deposit.

You must notify Lapak44 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account credentials have been compromised. Lapak44 reserves the right to suspend access to your Account pending investigation.

Your use of the Lapak44 Platform is subject to the following conditions of use, which you accept by accessing the Platform:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes;
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any commercial enterprise, syndicate, or scheme;
• You will not attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform;
• You will not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or other conduct designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes;
• You will not fund your Account with proceeds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• You accept that all gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live operations and are final, subject to dispute resolution procedures;
• You will not create, promote, or distribute content that misrepresents the Lapak44 brand without written authorisation.

Lapak44 reserves the right to monitor Platform usage and investigate any activity that raises reasonable suspicion of misconduct. Any funds found to be associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation and, if confirmed, forfeited.

Lapak44 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDT) via the following supported payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other methods as updated on the Platform from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: RM50 per transaction (unless otherwise stated for a specific method);
• Maximum Deposit: As displayed within the Platform's cashier section, which may vary by payment method and account tier;
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes;
• Currency: All Account balances are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of credit;
• No Third-Party Deposits: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Lapak44 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Lapak44 accepts no liability for fees imposed by third-party payment providers.

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed;
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM100 per transaction;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit, or to a verified account in your name;
• Any active bonus funds are not withdrawable and cannot be included in a withdrawal request until applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 10 minutes for verified accounts; complex or high-value withdrawals may require additional review;
• Lapak44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawals exceeding designated thresholds.

Lapak44 will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly. However, we accept no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers, bank processing times, or regulatory requirements. All withdrawal decisions are final once processed.

Lapak44 offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside the relevant promotion and incorporated herein by reference.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page;
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution rates;
• One Bonus Per User: Only one active bonus may be held at any time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• No Abuse: Bonus funds must not be used in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Patterns of low-risk, high-frequency wagering solely to clear bonuses may result in forfeiture;
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonus funds will expire within the time limit stated on the promotion, typically 14 to 30 days;
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have previously requested self-exclusion, or whose accounts are under review, are not eligible to claim promotions.

Lapak44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has been credited in error, Lapak44 reserves the right to correct the Account balance accordingly.

The following general rules apply to all wagers and gaming sessions conducted on the Lapak44 Platform:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once a wager is confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled or amended;
• Sports betting outcomes are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant governing body. Where a result is subject to appeal or review, settlement may be deferred;
• In the event of a technical failure, interrupted game session, or disputed outcome, Lapak44's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available data and records, shall be final;
• Lapak44 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, as a result of a manifest pricing error, or in circumstances where system integrity has been compromised;
• Live betting markets for events including EPL fixtures, Liga Super Malaysia matches, and UFC bouts are subject to market suspension at any time. Bets placed after a suspended event begins may be voided;
• Maximum payout limits apply per single bet and per day. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or sports market interface.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live studio operations. The stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Lapak44 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC;
• Operating or using multiple accounts (multi-accounting) for any purpose;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating accounts specifically to claim first-deposit promotions multiple times;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, employees, or third parties to influence game outcomes;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or funding accounts with proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, modify, or otherwise compromise the Platform or its infrastructure;
• Conducting commercial gambling activity, syndicates, or agency operations through a Lapak44 Account;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Lapak44 staff or other users.

All content on the Lapak44 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, game titles, and software, is the intellectual property of Lapak44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without Lapak44's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lapak44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, delay, or error in Platform services caused by technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events;
• Any loss of funds resulting from your own breach of these Terms;
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves inaccurate;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Lapak44's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Lapak44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is reasonably suspected;
• KYC verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard;
• The Account is subject to a self-exclusion request made by the User;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require us to restrict access;
• Suspicious financial activity or fraudulent conduct is identified;
• The User provides grounds to believe they are not eligible to hold an Account under clause 3.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon confirmed account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion.

Lapak44 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely to operate your Account, process transactions, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to process payments or comply with legal obligations.

Lapak44 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings within your Account settings;
• Session Limits: Configure time alerts to notify you of how long you have been actively playing;
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time through our support team. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Lapak44 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Lapak44 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or stop any prohibited conduct.

Lapak44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. It is your responsibility to remain informed of the current Terms applicable to your use of the Platform.
